“We are the owners of a one year old wheaten terrier, Lamar, a friendly but extremely energetic dog. Krichele worked with Lamar several times a week over the course of three weeks. After two sessions we noticed a remarkable change. Lamar would “place” (i.e. remain seated in a designated spot) until given the command to do otherwise. Additionally, he would maintain eye contact even while distracted. After two weeks of training, we were informed by the staff at BHV that Lamar was a “born again good citizen” and would not only listen to their commands but also play well with others. Most impressively, Krichele was able to train Lamar without changing his fun-loving personality.
